ضوابط وشروط السفر للعمل بالخارج وفقاً لقانون العمل الجديد

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • حظر المشرع المصري على المواطنين الالتحاق بالعمل خارج البلاد بعيداً عن رقابة الأجهزة والجهات الرسمية المختصة.
  • تقتصر عمليات إلحاق العمالة المصرية على الوزارة المختصة والجهات المحددة قانوناً والشركات المعتمدة.
  • يجب على مؤسسي مكاتب التشغيل الخاصة التمتع بالنزاهة وحسن السمعة وعدم صدور أحكام جنائية أو مخلة بالشرف ضدهم.
  • تتطلب مكاتب التشغيل للخارج رأس مال لا يقل عن 500 ألف جنيه وتأميناً مالياً لا يقل عن مليون جنيه.

حظر المشرّع المصري على المواطنين الالتحاق بالعمل خارج البلاد بعيداً عن أعين الأجهزة والجهات الرسمية المختصة، مشدداً على ضرورة الالتزام بالاتفاقيات الدولية المنظمة للتشغيل لتجنب الوقوع تحت طائلة القانون رقم 14 لسنة 2025.
