قانون العمل الجديد ينظم ساعات العمل والراحة ويحدد أجر التشغيل الإضافي

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • ينظم قانون العمل الجديد ساعات العمل اليومية والأسبوعية وفترات الراحة الإلزامية للعاملين.
  • يحدد القانون الحد الأقصى للعمل بـ 8 ساعات يوميًا و42 ساعة أسبوعيًا مع توفير فترة راحة لا تقل عن ساعة.
  • يقر القانون حق العامل في راحة أسبوعية لا تقل عن 24 ساعة بعد 6 أيام عمل متصلة.
  • يحدد القانون أجور التشغيل الإضافي بنسبة لا تقل عن 35% للساعة النهارية و70% للساعة الليلية.

وضع قانون العمل الجديد ضوابط واضحة لتنظيم ساعات العمل وفترات الراحة للعاملين، وحدد الحدود القصوى لساعات العمل اليومية والأسبوعية
