قيد مؤقت لأسهم «الأمل الشريف للبلاستيك» برأس مال 796 مليون جنيه في البورصة المصرية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • وافقت لجنة قيد الأوراق المالية بالبورصة المصرية على قيد أسهم شركة الأمل الشريف للبلاستيك قيداً مؤقتاً برأس مال قدره 796.336.200 جنيه.
  • يجب على الشركة استيفاء متطلبات القيد وإتمام إجراءات التسجيل لدى الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية لبدء التداول خلال ستة أشهر.
  • يُحظر التعامل على أسهم الشركة خلال فترة القيد المؤقت إلا بموافقة الهيئة، ويُلغى القيد في حال عدم تنفيذ الطرض خلال المهلة المحددة.
  • تلتزم الشركة بالبنود المنصوص عليها في قواعد القيد، وتُدرج أسهمها ضمن قطاع مواد البناء بدءاً من 4 نوفمبر.

قررت لجنة قيد الأوراق المالية في البورصة المصرية بجلستها المنعقدة اليوم الثلاثاء 3 نوفمبر، الموافقة على قيـــد أسهــــم شركة الأمل الشريف للبلاستيك، قيداً مؤقتاً برأس مال مصدر قدره 796.336.200 جنيه موزعا على 7.963.362 سهم بقيمة اسمية قدرها 100 جنيه للسهم الواحد. واشترطت لجنة القيد، التزام شركة الأمل الشريف للبلاستيك باستيفاء شروط ومتطلبات القيد وإتمام إجراءات.
